What exactly is Social Square Dancing?
Social square dancing is a group of eight people, four couples, who form a square on the dance floor. They are instructed by a square dance caller to perform calls. You may have already heard of some, such as Dosado, or Allemande Left!
But I don't know how to square dance...
No worries. Simply commit to 12 weeks of FUN lessons, and you will be a pro square dancer before you know it! You don't need a partner, but you are welcome to bring one if you wish!
What if I have "two left feet"?
Don't sweat it. This isn't ballroom dancing. No fancy spinning or intricate feet movement. it's pretty much walking to music!
